Where is AM 8.x Download Kit?

Jump to solution

Our company is currently evaluating the RSA SecurID solution, and we'd like to deploy the Web tier service. According to the documentation for Web tier setup, you must have the RSA Authentication Manager 8.x download kit to proceed. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find this download. Are we able to download this during an eval? If so, where can I find it? I searched some other community questions about this, but I am still not finding the download.

Many thanks for your help,

Keith

Keith Giles‌,

Follow the steps here for instructions on 000034558 - How to download RSA Authentication Manager 8.x full kits from RSA Link.

The web tier download is on the same page in the file named rsa-am-extras-8.2.0.0.0.zip, so be sure to grab that too.

Regards,

Erica

Thanks Erica, however I have nothing listed under the "Version Upgrade" column on that page. I am assuming it's because we're doing a trial?

Keith Giles‌,

You should be able to download what you need with a trial license for Authentication Manager.  If you do not, please Contact RSA Customer Support for assistance.

Thank you Erica. In a related question about setting up Web Tier, would using pool.ntp.org be appropriate for NTP settings?

Yes, you can use pool.ntp.org as a time source.
