Hi Barbara,

The screenshot doesn't show what is listed below My Products...what do you have listed there. Hopefully you see something like the following:

pastedImage_0.png

From this screen you would click on RSA Authentication Manager which should bring you to the subsequent screen:

Click continue:

Click Submit and you should get something similar to this:

Click Download Software button and you should be redirected to the Download site (different for each customer) and depending which Products you have you should finally see an option for download:

Hope this helps,

Brian

Hello Barbara,

You can access it from SCOL RSA SecureCare Online : Log In and then go to version upgrades and choose RSA Authentication Manager and you will be able to get the software for 8.2 from there.

So kindly check and advise us back if there is any assistance needed from our side.

Best Regards,

Hi Barbara,

The Authentication Manager 8.2 download can also be obtained on the Authentication Manager 8.2 Downloads" data-type="space page on RSA Link, as shown below.

OK, finally located it but, geez, you guys don't make it easy to find, almost as if you don't want us to upgrade to 8.2! Here's what I had to do to find it:-

From the RSA Link Home page, select 'Products' dropdown list then 'RSA SecurID Suite'

Select 'Authentication Manager 8.2' underneath 'Product Versions' ('Servers' subheading) over on the right hand side

Then select 'Downloads' under 'Product Resources' over on the right hand side again

Click the 'Additional Downloads' big red button

This brought up a page showing a list of My Registered Products. On the line with the 'RSA SID Access Virtual Appliance' asset, there is a link under the 'Version Upgrade' column that just says 'Upgrade' (very small, barely even noticeable!) click this link

On the 'Version Upgrade' page click 'Download Software'

Click the 'RSA Authentication Manager Virtual Appliance Version Upgrade' link

Click the 'RSA Authentication Manager Virtual Appliance Version Upgrade V8.2' link

Finally click the link next to your required download type, after some EULA acceptance, your download should start.

Thanks RSA, don't know why it's taken me so long to find it!!!

Thanks for this Paul - it really is amazingly difficult to use RSA support site.  You'd think these upgrades would be in plain site, but it's like deciphering the Da Vinci Code every time I come here to download a patch...
