Where to download Migration Export Utility

For the Migration from AM 7.1 to 8.1 a Migration Utillity Program to Export the DB on 7.1 should be available. Where can I find this Software tool?

Since you can only migrate from 7.1.4.x to 8.1.x.x, (not 8.2.x or higher)

Or, if you are on a version above 8.1 base, the migration tool is patch-specific:

it is bundled inside each patch zip file, from 8.1.0.x to 8.1.1.x.0. This example is 8.1 sp1 patch 13 zip.

After migrating to 8.1.x, the system can be patched up to 8.3.
