While installing Hyper-V file for RSA manager getting a error

HI All 

I am trying to install RSA-Hyper-V zip file in windows server 12 R2 for RSA manager, But I am getting errors while installing. I have attached images of the error, kindly have a look. Also suggest me the steps to resolve the issue.
