Which report are you running? Users with Tokens or software token report?

Some initial things to check.....are you filtering by Security Domain or Identity Source.....are you running report as superadmin user....

I thought it was actually one titled Tokens reports, but it turns out it was a software tokens report - hence the issue.

So that is solved via my realization of my error ;

Sure seems weird there is only a software tokens report

Thanks anyway,

Kevin

Run a token expiration report

with 'no date restriction' as the one thing you select

and you will get every token on the system.

If you have more than 500, you will only be able to see 500 on the security console, but you can export

the report output as csv, xml, or html, and see the entire list.

Glad you identified the issue. As for the report only existing for software tokens...I agree that it's odd. Perhaps the Token Expiration report (with no date restriction) would serve you better.
