I've moved your question about the no installer file found message when running the INSTALL_WEBTIER.BAT to the https://community.rsa.com/community/products/securid?sr=search&searchId=0fa4ac67-81d6-48b7-a3f7-5f3e6e63469a&searchIndex=1‌ space so you can get an answer to your question.

It is looking for the common-platform directory, and jar file which is the installer:

set INSTALLER_JAR=%scriptDir%\..\common-platform\webtier-installer.jar

Did you place the common-platform directory on the system and set the appropriate permissions ?

But the installer isn't jar file. I also searched in webtire directory and didn't find file like webtier-installer.jar Can you explaine more what should i do? Where excatly I need to make directory "common-platform" ? Under Program Files... ?

Thanks in advance.

The webtier installer is these three directories: the [windows and common] dirs must

exist and have appropriate permissions so when the windows installer launches it can find the .jar file.

The RSA Auth Manager setup and config guide details all the steps needed to install a webtier including what directories and permissions are needed.

Janis Zakis‌,

You can download the RSA Authentication Manager Setup and Configuration Guide using the link.  Chapter 5 includes installation steps for the web tier.

Please let us know if that helps you resolve your issue.

Hi,

Thanks for any help. This case is resolved. Somehow during copy the original file names for example "install_webtier.bat" changed name to "install-webtier.bat". And that wasn't only file, each file where was included symbol "_", during copy through RDP session changed that symbol to "-"

Thank you.

Regards,

Janis
