Alternatively, from the RSA Customer Support page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question. From there, scroll to RSA SecurID Access and click Ask A Question. That way your question will appear in the correct space.

Currently, Authentication Manager does not support Workday unless it has a RADIUS component of which we are not aware. To integrate Workday with RSA you need the RSA SecurID Cloud Authentication Service. This will enable a SAML configuration with Workday.
As an aside, the Workday - RSA SecurID Access Implementation Guide will come in handy.
