Yubikey - Not Authorized to Access to RSA Security Key Utility

I am trying to download the RSA Security Key Utility to set up a Yubikey 5, but after creating an account as directed, I am unable to download the RSA Security Key Utility.

How is one supposed to access this software? Please assist.

this is related to missing permission on RSA community portal, you can open a case to solve this.
