I have an application that collects accounts and groups (ADC) from a SQL server.
The approval workflow is custom and is using the Change Request > Group > Name ${access_request_cri_grp_name} to add the group name in the approval email node. However, the email is blank with the result: Group Name:
I also tried to create a variable using the public data to pass so example (formvariable_group) as AFX_Group. This is blank as well.
Other applications do not have this issue.
Anybody have any thoughts about this?
