Issue
The Change Verification step of Data Collection processes for hours and eventually needs to be aborted. This has been seen with Account Data Collectors (ADC), Entitlements Data Collectors (EDC), and multi-app account data collectors (MAADC).
The Automatic Workload Repository (AWR) shows the following top running queries:
UPDATE T_AV_DATAPROCEVENTWATCHES ...
and
INSERT ALL INTO T_AV_DATAPROCESSINGEVENTS ...
Cause
This is a known issue reported in ACM-76958.
Resolution
Fixed in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.0.1 P05 and 7.0.2 P04.
This is no longer an issue starting with RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle version 7.1.0.
