An integrated Dell Remote Access Controller (iDRAC) is an embedded management platform in PowerEdge servers used in RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle, RSA Via Lifecycle and Governance, and RSA IMG hardware-based appliances. iDRAC provides browser-based and command-line interfaces for managing and monitoring the server hardware.

RSA recommends customer with iDRAC 7 (R620/R720) and iDRAC 8 (R630/R730) using the firmware version prior to 18.104.22.168 & 22.214.171.124 to upgrade to the latest version 126.96.36.199 and 188.8.131.52 respectively. This firmware has been qualified for use by our product for the affected hardware appliance platforms (R630, R730, R620, R720) with iDRAC7/iDRAC8.
