Issue
The following messages are seen in the terminal output as well as in the aveksa installation log file (
/tmp/aveksa-install.log) during the upgrade to RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.0:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

-bash: line 9: crsctl: command not found
-bash: line 10: crsctl: command not found
Stopping ACM Watchdog: done
Cause
These errors are seen due to the timing of the uninstall of the existing Oracle 11g database installation followed by the installation of Oracle 12i. The environment variable pointing to the new path to these files has not been updated yet.
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-58327.
Resolution
These errors are considered benign and can be safely ignored.
This issue has been resolved in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.0.1.
Notes
If command not found errors are seen AFTER the successful installation has completed, then those errors should be investigated further.
