ASRs are VITAL for various items and the more that can be collected and shared back will help RSA to improve and give customers a better experience.
Summary:
- Only share Production ASR Reports
- Share the whole “.zip” file (we need both parts)
- Share as many historic reports as available (for trending)
- Turn on the Schedule (Monthly) so that the process of running an ASR and saving it, happens automatically in the background.
- Email the files over to rsa.identity.ps.global.mailbox@rsa.com
