How to generate Oracle database performance statistics in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

At times, you may need to gather additional information to troubleshoot database performance issues in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle (IGL). Oracle Automatic Workload Repository (AWR) report typically provides information around database performance issues. Generating an AWR report requires appropriate Oracle licensing; refer to Oracle documentation for further details. An alternative to AWR is to generate the Oracle database performance statistics from the IGL UI. For IGL 7.2.1, the option to generate database performance statistics is available on the UI > Admin > Diagnostics > General tab > Start DB Logging.
