Issue

When the Access Fulfillment Express (AFX) product is purchased for use with RSA Governance & Lifecycle, a set of standard AFX connectors is supplied with the AFX software. Premium AFX connectors are also supplied but cannot be used unless a license for the premium connector to be used is supplied. Ordering this license is an extra step in the software acquisition process. This article describes the steps to acquire and then retrieve a SAP license in order to use the AFX SAP premium connector.

Log a case with RSA Support to request the AFX SAP premium connector license.

How to retrieve the AFX SAP premium connector license once the order is complete

1. Login to RSA Community
2. RSA Community > Downloads > SecurID Governance & Lifecycle > Click on Full Product Downloads

3. Follow the prompts to login to myRSA portal.
4. On the myRSA portal, select the appropriate site (that gives you access to the AFX SAP Adapter) from the drop-down list at the top of the page.

5. When the Software / License page appears for the selected site, click on your AFX SAP Adapter product asset. This asset name will include the SAP keyword.

6. On the next page, select a version from the list for the SAP adapter

7. Scroll down on the page, and select the file shown under Licenses section (e.g., 5000300104549.zip). Additionally, select the checkmark to agree to the terms and conditions. Then click Download.

8. The downloaded zip file (e.g., 5000300104549.zip) will contain a copy of the AFX-SAP.lic file and the instructions needed to install the license.
