RSA Reminder - End of Product Support (EOPS) Date for RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle 7.0.x
RSA continues to provide our customers with new solution capabilities, performance improvements, product updates and general fixes for our RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle product offering. Customers can take advantage of these qualities by making sure their deployments are up-to-date and running the latest product version.
RSA would like to remind customers who are using a 7.0.x version of RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle that it will reach End of Primary Support (EOPS) in August 2019 – please refer to the Product Version Life Cycle for RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle page for additional details. While product support calls can still be placed for issues encountered on this version after the EOPS date, the standard patch support processes will no longer be generally available.
RSA strongly recommends and encourages customers to upgrade to the latest release. A wealth of information on the current release, blog writings, knowledge base articles and product focused advisories can be found on the RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle Community.
