ServiceNow Create Request for Fulfillment : Workflow

This post includes importable workflow for creating and tracking requests in ServiceNow for Fulfillment.
Disclaimer: This is NOT yet supported by RSA and must be used only for test, training or demonstration purposes.
Step 1: Add new Change Request attributes for request tracking:
Step 2: Import workflow:
N.B. you must replace dev12345 with your instance and credentials in all 3 SOAP nodes. You can use a free Dev instance.
Create a new application(aka Business Source) and create a local EDC(Entitlement Collector) then create a few ServiceNow catalog items(they must exist in ServiceNow) manually:
Under Requests tab for application, assign workflow for fulfillment:
Now you can request access for a user:
N.B. Delay is set to 1 minute in workflow for demo purposes. Make sure to close request in ServiceNow or cancel request to avoid too much polling.
