Issue

The Archer Account Data Collector (ADC) in RSA Identity Governance and Lifecyle (RSA G&L) does not collect more than one phone number when there are multiple phone number entries.

Cause

This occurs when there are multiple phone entries for a collected account.

Resolution

This issue is being investigated by the Engineering team in order to provide a permanent resolution in a future release.
