000030327 -- Artifacts to gather in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle to find the location of the
aveksaServer.log file for your specific deployment, if you are on a WildFly cluster or a non-WildFly platform. The
aveksaServer.log may also be downloaded from the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle user interface (
Admin >
System >

Logs.)
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-56550.
The startup code incorrectly flags the version as unsupported for remote databases.
As per the
RSA IMG 6.9.1 Platform Support Matrix, Oracle 12.1.0.2 is supported for use with RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 6.9.1. The warning messages may safely be ignored.
The warning messages will be suppressed in future releases of RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle.
