Upgrade to SecurID Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.x from 7.2.1 or earlier version, does not complete in a timely manner.
The migration.log file shows the last activity was the execution of ACM-102799.sql and no further progress is indicated:

This is a known issue in customers migrating to 7.5.0 or later from 7.2.1 or earlier versions where the WorkPoint user data is in a different format.
Customers with a large volume of historical data in WP_USER_DATA table may experience delays in the upgrade during the migration step ACM-102799 which converts and purges WorkPoint user data.
Please contact SecurID Support and mention the KB article number for assistance with resolving the issue. The Support team can provide a standalone cleanup script that can be used to speed up the migration.
