Token fields are not displaying correctly in the UI; for example, only the serial number column is displaying in Security Console > Authentication > SecurID Tokens > Manage Existing.
If the context arrow is selected and the option to View or Edit is selected, all token details are displayed.
Token columns token details are not displayed because the token display options were set to Hide. To correct this, follow the steps below:
From theSecurity Console, select Setup > System Settings > System Console Display Options.
Under Token List Display, move the desired columns in Hide to Show in List as shown below:
These settings apply to all pages where lists of SecurID tokens are displayed. The token serial number is required to be shown in token Table Columns and Search Criteria that are applicable to that page.
