RSA Announces the Availability of RSA Authentication Manager 8.2 Service Pack 1
The availability of RSA Authentication Manager 8.2 Service Pack 1 means that customers can more easily transition end-users from RSA SecurID® Hardware or Software Tokens to the RSA SecurID Authenticate App. The RSA SecurID Authenticate app with its secure and convenient mobile-optimized authentication methods such as push, and biometrics such as fingerprint and EyePrint ID™, significantly lowers provisioning costs by eliminating the need to distribute and manage software tokens.
RSA SecurID Authenticate Tokencodes now work with all RSA SecurID standard authentication agents, which means a single authenticator can now protect all your legacy, mobile and SaaS applications. You can also use RSA Authentication Manager to provide emergency access, such as a temporary fixed tokencode or a set of one-time tokencodes, to RSA SecurID Authenticate users.
This release also provides support for Dell iDRAC and Intel RMM to re-image any remote Model A250 hardware appliances, qualification of AD-LDS as an Identity Source and Workflow Provisioning for Base Edition.
