Multiple components within SecurID Authentication Manager require a security update to address various vulnerabilities


Third-party components are updated for the following vulnerabilities:

  • libxml2
    CVE-2017-16932, CVE-2022-29824

  • Oracle WebLogic
    CVE-2021-26291, CVE-2020-36518, CVE-2021-40690, CVE-2022-21548, CVE-2022-21557, CVE-2022-21560, CVE-2022-21564

The update also resolves additional issues in components and features (such as log4j2, coherence, etc.) that do not impact the security of the Authentication Manager appliance and are not listed.

The following SecurID Authentication Manager releases contain resolutions to these vulnerabilities:

  • SecurID Authentication Manager 8.6 Patch 4 and later
  • SecurID Authentication Manager 8.6 Patch 4 web-tier server and later
