Monitor Administration Events in the Cloud Administration ConsoleMonitor Administration Events in the Cloud Administration Console
You can use the Admin Event Monitor to display a list of all activities of the Administrators, Super Administrators, Help Desk Administrators, and RSA Administrators in the Cloud Administration Console.
The Admin Event Monitor lists the events that occurred over the past 90 days. You can filter the display results based on the event description or username. You can view the following information related to an event:
Timestamp
User
Description
Procedure
In the Cloud Administration Console, click Platform > Admin Event Monitor.
Use the Filter field to specify the filter criteria. If you leave the filter fields blank, the grid displays all the administration events for the past 4 hours.
Click Go.

Hello,
Currently on our Authentication agent setup, users only enter their username and RSA passcode (PIN + tokencode) to login to their windows machine. In testing the MFA agent deployment, it appears that we have to use windows password then RSA tokencode to login. Is there no way to prevent the windows password prompts without having to deploy physical security keys for passwordless setup?
Why does the MFA agent not cache windows passwords like the authentication agent? With the Authentication agent support ending Sept 2022, this is going to be a huge impact to our organization.

Just wanted to say, we have several users who are experiencing this issue:

They are using an Iphone 14 with the latest IOS 16.6.1
When i tried to import a software token he got the error "The imported OTP credential is not intended for this device and has been removed' error. After that i reset the token, he updated the RSA authenticator app (SecureID) but then his app already crashed when inititliasing for the first time. Now he gets:
Error Occurred: Error initializing authenticator app. Please try again later or contact your IT support. This is with the latest app version 4.3.1 (build1).
Appearently we have to wait until it is fixed in 4.3.2?

Hello team, I'm new at supporting RSA. I currently have some windows 2012 8.5x web tiers. I need to build some new 2019 servers to swap them out since 2012 is EOL next month. Is there a guide out there for replacements? I see the web tier build guide but I think maybe I won't have to do all of those steps. They aren't in a DMZ and only used for token distribution. However the new VMs are going to be built at a different location so the IPs will need to change. Any suggestions for an easy swap?

Hi, regardless the locaisation installed on my rsaam server, my webtier are in english-US. I would like to change the end-user interface to FR-fr.
Is it based on the default language ( redhat) of the rsa user ? is there a way to fix it ?
