Several weeks ago, it was announced that the RSA Community would be undergoing some exciting new changes in early December 2023. The time has nearly arrived for these changes to be deployed, and the purpose of this announcement is to provide more context around the launch.
The new RSA Community is scheduled to launch on December 4 th , with December 11 th as an alternate launch date should a bit more time be needed to prepare.
During the week leading up to the launch, which is the week of November 27 th , the current RSA Community will be in a "freeze" or "brownout" state. During this period:
New users will not be able to register for access to the current RSA Community
Discussion threads and other content can still be posted, however any content that is posted during this time may not get migrated to the new platform
The Case Portal will continue to be accessible and new support cases can still be opened
We apologize for any inconvenience that this period may cause, but we are very excited for the new RSA Community to become available, as it should provide a much more streamlined user experience.
