Several weeks ago, it was announced that the RSA Community would be undergoing some exciting new changes in early December 2023. The time has nearly arrived for these changes to be deployed, and the purpose of this announcement is to provide more context around the launch.
The new RSA Community is moving things behind the scenes right now, with rollouts happening starting December 11th. You will be able to see the new community features and layout by then. Because of these changes the current RSA Community will be in a "freeze" or "brownout" state from now until the rollouts finish.
During this period:
New users should wait to register for access on the new RSA Community. User creation likely will be affected during this timeframe
Discussion threads and other content can still be posted, however any content that is posted during this time may not get migrated to the new platform. Posters are advised to double check their content and potentially repost on the new site once it rolls out
The Case Portal will continue to be accessible and work behind the scenes, and new support cases can still be opened as normal
We apologize for any inconvenience that this period may cause, but we are very excited for the new RSA Community to become available, as it should provide a much more streamlined user experience.
