David Waugh joined RSA in 2012, having previously worked for a partner company supporting RSA SecurID. He is a level IV Advanced Technical Support engineer and works with customers to solve their Security Analytics and ECAT issues. He is the Designated Support Engineer for several customers. David is always only 5 minutes away from solving any problem, much to the annoyance of his wife and children as the five minutes invariably morphs into several hours later. David is based out of the Bracknell UK office, although he is occasionally let out to visit customer sites.
