How to I import tokens after an error code?
Apologies. I was just responding to the post on RSA Link and did not know that you had already opened a support case. I see that case number here and pinged the customer support rep who is assigned to that ticket.
Is this an import of an RSA SecurID software token? Can you share the specific error message or screen shot?

I didn't see an error message in the attached screen shot but it may be best to contact RSA Customer Support who can review the error message and any associated logs for troubleshooting.
