In our environment we are using the `names' function in PixOS, but have noticed that the resulting logs are causing problems when parsed by enVision. Has anyone found a solution to the problem, other than not using that PIX function?

It may be that by enabling this feature in the PixOS that the events that are generated by the PIX produce a message that slightly varies in format. To resolve this may require an alteration to the PIX event source XML file. It is recommended that you bring this information to the attention of RSA Customer Support. They will identify the information that you would need to provide so that RSA can determine the proper resolution to your request. Without knowing the details, it may be a straightforward change that will support your using this feature in the PixOS.
