Once the reviews are done for 100 applications, can we send an attachment of bulk requests within the SOAP Web Service request call?
Our generic Soap Connector has limited capability and not sure whether the attachment works as part of the request. What are the options we have here other than generating an email and send it to service now to generate tickets?

can you explain in more detail what you are trying to achieve (the use case)?
What does it mean an attachment of bulk requests?
Are you using the AFX module for provisioning or some external product?
Why not provision the change items right after the reviewer clicks submit?
What is the version of the product?
