To request a trial or production license for Authentication Manager 8.1 please go to the Version Upgrades tab on SecurCare Online. When prompted, enter your serial number. This time, select License/Software for Authentication Manager 8.1 and click Submit. I would suggest choosing Test Upgrade License. This gives you a 90-day trial license that does not impact previous versions of Authentication Manager that you have running. You can request up to three trial licenses.
When you are ready to move to production with Authentication Manager 8.1, come back to this page and request a production license. We suggest waiting on the production license because once you make that request for the 8.1 license we can no longer provide upgrades to your previous licenses. For example, any further requests you have to add users will be placed on the 8.1 license.

The license is only available for download by the person who requested it. If you are not authorized to download the license, please email the License Seed Response (LSR) team or call +1 (800) 995-5095, option 2 for information on how to obtain the license file you need.
