Principal Account Expired message on User Dashboard in RSA 8.1 Security Console.
User is unable to login to VPN due to same.
Does anyone from RSA have an answer for this???
My apologies for taking so long to reply to your question. I've moved it from the RSA Access Manager space to the RSA SecurID Access space since it is about Authentication Manager 8.1.
Please let me know if you still have questions on this that we can help you answer.
As superadmin go into the security console and edit the user account lifetime.
