I would like to ask for your feedback on a situation I am encountering:
- we have some roles
- these roles include both members and entitlements
- the members of the roles did not get their entitlements through roles (lets say "generate indirect entitlements" was not set for the wf processing roles)
- users have the entitlements collected and assigned to them via account & entitlement collectors
- users have the same entitlements as the ones included by the roles in which they are members
At this moment, all access (under User / Access) is seen as explicit through account collection and entitlement collection. No entitlement was assigned through a role (entitlement path just refers to account).
All members of the roles show up as "missing required entitlements" if you check the role's Analytics tab, and will be processed accordingly by a rule of the same type (role missing entitlements).
How can the system accept/consider that the entitlements are already owned by the members and not present the latter as missing the role's entitlements?
