We are trying to create an account in mysql db (used as target application in our test environment) using Web Services API using Chrome Postman.

Using 'createChangeRequest' command as follows:

<Changes>

<UserChange>

<Operation>Add</Operation>

<User>1007</User>

<BusinessSource>MySQLApplication</BusinessSource>

<Resource>resource1</Resource>

<Action>read</Action>

<Parameters>

<Parameter>

<Name>mysql_accountid</Name>

<Value>1007</Value>

</Parameter>

<Parameter>

<Name>mysql_fname</Name>

<Value>Will</Value>

</Parameter>

<Parameter>

<Name>mysql_lname</Name>

<Value>Paul</Value>

</Parameter>

<Parameter>

<Name>mysql_email</Name>

<Value>wpaul@abc.com</Value>

</Parameter>

<Parameter>

<Name>mysql_postalcode</Name>

<Value>333333</Value>

</Parameter>

</Parameters>

<AccountChange>

<Operation>Create</Operation>

<User>1007</User>

<BusinessSource>MySQLApplication</BusinessSource>

</AccountChange>

</UserChange>

</Changes>

This is generating a change request:

But when I checked the same from the Via L&G UI:

When checking the status of the request i found the following:

The log file says NullPointerException :

Let me know where I am going wrong.

Thanks,

Neeraja
