Email node in Approval WF seems to be not working.
We tried with even with a simple Request & Approval WFs. (See below screenshots)
Approva WF (named SubWF)
No email log is observed and No email is received.
I would look at the 'General' tab in the 'Approval Complete' Email node within the Workflow. There is an 'Enabled' option that needs to be checked to get the node active.
Have you set the Email configurations under Admin > Email. Are you able to send Test Email from Admin > Email.
Surely. We can get approval notification emails without any problem.
I have also attached workflow metadata file with the ticket created (case 00818277 - Email Node does not work in Approval WF)
We would appreciate if you can give a check
