I need to request two replacement seed cds but the links that I have will not allow me to create a case via the portal. I have contacted RSA via phone and email and am now waiting for a callback / return mail. Thanks.
I apologize for the inconvenience. Looking at your account it appears that you did not select the "I am a Customer or Partner" option when registering for your RSA Link account, which would give you access to the My RSA (aka Case Management) portal.
To identify your account as a customer, simply go to the Registration Portal and register again with the same email address. After selecting the "I am a Customer or Partner" option, you will be able to provide a Serial Number, License Key, Contract Number, or Site ID so that the system can associate your user account with your company account.
You will not have to create a new password or Security Questions, and as soon as you submit the form above then you will have access to the My RSA page, as well as other restricted content that is only available to customers with active maintenance contracts.

Thanks for your assistance. However, as you mentioned, I do not have access to any of the references that you refer to (Serial Number, etc.). Obviously, without these I cannot register. Could you please suggest the best way forward?
