Hi,
- We created a business role and assigned the owner to be person named "MADAK, XXXX". (Picture 1)
- "MADAK, XXXX" logs into his account and using a custom request button, he opens a custom request form in order to assign his role to an existing user. However, in the entitlement view displayed we see a "Business Owner" field which is not an attribute of Business Role created and this field has a value of an unrelated user. Moreover, "Owner" value of business role is empty. (Picture 2)
Any one has any idea?

Hi, the 'Owner' attribute of the global role does not seem to be available at all in that table. The Owner column you are seeing there must be an attribute on some other object. You can check that by clicking on 'Table Options' and see what object the Owner is associated to.
