I am logged in to the portal but not bale to find "my support" tab and" my subscription" tab. Could you please let me know the location.
The "My Support" tab has been replaced in RSA Link by the My RSA tab, a link to which can be found in the main navigation menu as well as on the home page.
As for subscriptions, when you register for RSA Link as a customer or partner by providing a serial number, Site ID, contract number, or license key, you will automatically be subscribed to the product(s) for which you have an active maintenance contract and will not have to manually subscribe.
If you wish to subscribe to advisories (formerly known as SecurCare Notes and Advisories) for a product for which you do not have an active maintenance contract, you can still do so by going to the product page and clicking the red Advisories button at the top of the page.
You can then click on the Follow button and then select the Inbox option to subscribe to emails for new and updated advisories.
NOTE: Because they are sensitive in nature, users must have an active maintenance contract associated with their account in order to access the Security Advisories for an RSA product.
