I need to assign activity/request to support team (few members on it) and send email notification to all members on this distribution list. I don't have a group created yet for these members. Any suggestions please?
I need to assign activity/request to support team (few members on it) and send email notification to all members on this distribution list. I don't have a group created yet for these members. Any suggestions please?
There are multiple ways to assign an approval/activity to users. When an item needs to be assigned to multiple users, you can either pick all the users directly (when the list does not change for example), or pick a group/role (when there is one) or even define a workflow variable that picks all the required users based on conditions. Any of the methods will work. Email tab on the same properties pop up can be used to define the content.
