My hardware token for access to the RSA Link portal will expire on 10/31/2016.
Hello, Frank. The hardware token is no longer required for access to RSA Link. You can now log into RSA Link using your login ID and a password which was set up during enrollment. As new users enroll, they will set up security questions and/or On-Demand Authentication (ODA). If you would like assistance setting up a password, security questions, and/or ODA, please contact us at 800-995-5095, option 2 or email@example.com.
If you prefer to use a hardware token and would like a replacement, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following: Name, login ID, and business shipping address for the replacement token.
