Every time I select create a case I receive an error like: single sign-on error, what can I do ?
It appears that your account was out of sync between RSA Link and My RSA (aka Case Management), but this has now been resolved. Will you please try to click on the "Create a Case" button or on the "My RSA" button in the main menu bar and let me know if you are able to access it successfully?
