Hallo RSA, a colleague of mine is able to login but not able to open cases. I can open cases. What do I need to do?
If you could please How to contact RSA Customer Support and provide the user's name, email address, and the error message that they're seeing when they attempt to open a case (either by clicking on the My RSA option in the main navigation menu or the Create a Case button on the RSA Customer Support page), then the Support Team will be able to assist you and him in resolving the issue.
I have already. I don’t think it is a technical problem but a permission issue.
