1. We are a new customer to RSA Via L&G. I am trying to access the SecurCare Online portal through this link
RSA Worldwide Customer Support
But i get the message "The specified page can not be found."
Has the link for SecurCare Online changed? If yes, could anyone please redirect me to the correct link.
2. When I try to access Download central I get a message "Your logon information is incorrect. Correct your logon information and try again, or contact the help desk or your administrator." Though I am entering the correct information and I can login using the same credentials in the link "Additional Self-Service"
I would appreciate if anyone of you could guide me.
