Can't access My RSA link or open a case

Dear Support,


When I try to log into the securecare online and access the My RSA link or try to open a new case, I get an error message saying "Single Sign-On Error. We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins."


Please help
