To download the update from Authentication Manager 8.1-8.2, please go to https://knowledge.rsasecurity.com/rsalinkscoladmin/RSALink.aspx. This page lists all of your registered products.

I have been to the page you mentioned but was confused while seeing only "RSA Authentication Manager Virtual Appliance Version Upgrade V8.2" and we do not have a virtual appliance. Then I started looking around bit didn´t find the appliance upgrade ;-)

I just tested on my system and was able to download. What is the URL in the browser just before you get the application pool error and also after clicking on the Download link? What software download link are you clicking before you see the error?Regards,

I already faced this when I wanted to download something for RSA SA, but in a few days when I tryed it again it worked.
But this patch is unreachable for me almost 2 weeks now.
My apologies for the issue you are having with the download. The link is working for me so we are opening an IT case with our internal team to review this. In the mean time, please check your email.
I got this error as well when trying to download RSA Authentication Manager 8.2 Patch 1 (P1)with Chrome. I tried using Internet Explorer 11 and the download worked. I don't know if this was due to the change in browser or just luck, but it might work for you.
We opened a defect for this issue (RSALINK-1076) and found that after clearing the browser cache, that the download worked as expected.
Can you test that and let me know if it works for you?
RSA is very to restrict resource for support engineer such as download Origin Install file RSA 7.1, 8.1, 8.2 ( can download only Patch ) the support engineer must login with Customer Account to download this resource sometime Customer forgot password when click forget password Customer forgot security question and many time ODA SMS not sent passcode to Customer Phone.

Maybe I am bit old fashioned but since RSA changed the design of the website the navigation get worser than it was on the old site. And the old site wasn´t the best site too
I have to agree with Uwe: the new website's navigation is a mess. Even worse than the old one, which is saying a lot. :/
We shouldn't have to open support tickets to find updates or install media. At least RSA support has been helpful.

one example for the mean navigation will be shown in the attached picture:
you navigate to > Products > RSA SecurID Suite > Authentication Manager 8.2 and I would expect to find there the download of AM8.2, but have a look to the picture ...
or, perhaps, its me who is the problem.

Edited to add: RSALINK-1215 has been created so the proper teams at RSA update these download pages.
I can see where that can be confusing and will look at updating the wording.
