Has anyone upgraded their 620 Appliance from 7.0.0 to 7.0.1? Did you have any issues with the upgrade?

When preparing for the upgrade, I checked our appliance to ensure the users and groups had the correct UIDs and GIDs and the admin account and datadir group are set per the upgrade and migration guide. According to the case I opened you do not want to try to upgrade if your accounts and groups do not match the document. RSA is activitly working on this.
Just wanted to give you all heads up to check your user and groups before you try to upgrade.
I am unable to find rsaimg_updater_2016Q3_SLES11_12C.tar.bz2 and rsaimg_updater_2016Q3_RHEL5_12C.tar.bz2 files. I see only upto Q2 release files. Would you point me in the right direction, please? Also, have you done the upgrade yet?
I have not done the upgrade yet, I am holding off until I hear back on what the fix is when your user UID and group GID do not match. Our appliance has different UID for admin and different GUID for datadir
Hi Chuck Good / Sean Miller
I'm in a similar situation. Our Test Server (Soft appliance) had UId for Users and Groups according to the 7.0.2 Upgrade and Migration Guide, and I upgraded it from 7.0.0 to 7.0.2.
But now, I notice that our Prod Servers (Hard Appliance) have different UIds for the Userid "admin" and group "datadir".
Kindly advice if it's okay to change the uid of the user and group as per the guide and what steps are required for it to be successful?
My understanding is that I need to change the uid of user and group and then change owner and group for the files and directory that belonged to the previous UID.
Awaiting for our reply.
We did a number of internal upgrades using various customer data as well as our internal test data from both 620 and 720s. What are you encountering?
