I have a use case where the customer wants to create accounts for new hires before their actual start date. To accomplish this, they have configured a temporary identity source that brings in the new hires before they are actually entered into the HR identity source. The joiner rule creates CR for these new hires and accounts get created. Now, on the start date, the users are moved from the temporary data source to the identity data source. When this happens, the existing record in the system is marked terminated and a new record is created as well as a new CR that tries to create a duplicate account. Is there a work-around for this?
