After Windows 10 anniversary update to version 1607 RSA Authentication Agent blocks Remote Desktop authentications

After updating to Windows 10 version 1607, RSA Authentication Agent doesn't allow to connect to other computers/servers with Remote Desktop. The credentials are not accepted. On the destination computers/servers we don't have token authentication enabled. We use RSA Authentication Agent 7.3.1 for Windows. If the token authentication is disabled on the source computer we are able to connect with Remote Desktop.

How do we solve this problem?
