Just wanted to know, is it possible to migrate the historical data from one environment of Aveksa to another environment. The environments are not in same version of Aveksa.

Can you clarify the question?
From what version to what version?
Are you looking to migrate a subset of the data from old environment to new one or is it a complete migration from old version to a new and clean environment?
Hi,
We are planning to migrate (apps, rules, Data etc) it from 6.8.1 P09 to 6.9.1 P17

You can check Admim->Import option. From here, you can export metadata of applications and rules of older system and import them into newer system. While metadata import is not supported across versions, it might mostly work. Please check it out with a single application or rule first.
It would not be possible to migrate partial DATA from one system to another. Only definitions can be migrated using above method.
If the database version is the same, you can export the current database from 6.8.1, shut down 6.9.1 and import the database. During startup, the application would recognize the database is on an earlier version and provide an opportunity to migrate the data to the schema suitable for the later version.
