I am trying to add another entitlement to my account, how do I edit this?
Thanks for posting your question. If you are looking to add additional entitlements to your Case Management space, RSA Customer Support would need to set this up on your behalf. The quickest way to request this would be to email RSA Customer Support (email@example.com) and include the entitlements (contract numbers) and/or serial numbers which you would like to be able to open cases against.
However, if you are looking to have these entitlements/products added to the Products section for Version Upgrades, clicking on any of the "Additional Downloads" red boxes within the product sections in RSA Link should bring you to your current list of products. On that page, you should see a link to Register or Add a Product. If you do not see this option, please contact RSA Support (firstname.lastname@example.org) and provide the serial numbers which you would like added to this list.
